Good luck on your efforts to stop smoking. I am almost 52 years old and I quit several time before I finally stopped for good after being a smoker for 30 years. I haven't had a cigarette in 8 years and so many chronic health issues like bronchitis are now gone. I'll be sending out good thoughts for you to quit. Yes, good luck on getting rid of that habit. You can reverse at least some of the damage and decrease the chances of lung cancer if you do.
